Ep 11 - Proof That Capitalism Doesn’t Work

May 3, 2017

This episode Liam talks with friend of the show Dr. Tyler Shipley about the past week’s apocalyptic shenanigans.
They start in Latin America, where Venezuela is gripped by a so-called food shortage, and Brazil’s working class have held a general strike in response to what many see as an illegal government’s proposed austerity measures.
Then, we shift over to North Korea, where Trump’s sabre-rattling has turned the Mutually Assured Destruction up to 11.

Dr. Shipley and I explore the misconceptions and media biases driving the North American narrative of these conflicts. Could socialism be the culprit?

That’s a rhetorical question by the way. Fuck no.
